The Crown – Season 2 (Malaysia Selection)
Organised by Vanakkam Malaysia
1. Eligibility
• Open to Malaysian citizens aged 15 and above.
2. Submission Guidelines
• Record a 2-minute singing video (solo performance only).
• Upload your video to Google Drive.
• Email the following to vanakkammalaysia975@gmail.com:
• Google Drive link to your singing video
• Completed entry form (link attached)
• Your full name, age, contact number, and NRIC/passport number
⚠ Ensure the Google Drive link is set to “Anyone with the link can view.”
3. Deadline
• All entries must be submitted by 30 June 2025
• Late submissions will not be accepted.
4. Selection Process
• Shortlisted participants will be notified via email or phone.
• Finalists will be chosen to represent Malaysia at The Crown – Season 2, an International Singing Competition hosted by Sri Lanka’s Shakti TV.
5. Competition Details
• Event Start Date: 15 July 2025
• Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
• Finalists must be prepared to travel to Sri Lanka at short notice after selection is announced.
6. Additional Notes
• Only one entry per participant is allowed.
• Video must be clear, audible, and well-lit.
• Songs can be original or well-known covers (with proper credit).
• Inappropriate, offensive, or plagiarized content will lead to disqualification.
• Vanakkam Malaysia reserves the right to use selected content for promotion and publicity.
• Judges’ decisions are final.
